Hey Gorille I would try to get back some credit for the days you were without Internet access if I was you. It might be worth sending their customer service team an email just to see if they will give you something back as a gesture of good will.
Bald Eagles idea is worth looking into, (I hope he doesn't read that bit as I will never hear the end of it!), as having two dongles from different networks on the Pay-As-You-Go scheme means you would only need to top them up when you have used the credit. House Guards have found that the signal strength varies across the country; having the choice of different networks would increase the likelihood of you getting a good reception and you would only pay for the one that works well because that would be the one that you were using the credit on; while having monthly subscription dongles means if you get to a site with not very good or even no coverage at all for your particular network you would have little or no access and still be paying your monthly bill.

Hi gorille
I have been into three well known phone shops and asked about p a y g dongles:
The first shop you had to spend £20 a month.
Second one worked every time you switched on it would cost you £2-00 in a 24 hour period, well that would
cost me £14 a week.
The third one is the best so far which would cost £10 a month.
Should you need any more info about this please pm me.
